Keep commercial messages separate from advice.

Advertising on this site today
Route & Signal currently has no live advertising, affiliate-tracking tags or paid placements. Provider links in the articles are sources and product references. A product mention is not, by itself, a paid endorsement.
How you will recognize paid content
If advertisements are introduced, readers will see an Advertisement label beside the ad. Paid articles or placements will be labelled Sponsored and identify the sponsor. Ads will not imitate system alerts, account warnings, download controls, navigation or independent editorial recommendations.
If affiliate links are introduced
We will tell readers near the relevant recommendation or links when a purchase may earn the publication a commission. The notice will explain the actual relationship in plain language; a footer link alone is not enough. Paid links will also use the appropriate sponsored link attributes for search engines.
Relationships that may affect a recommendation
Payments, commissions, free products or services, discounts and relevant personal or business connections can affect how a reader judges a recommendation. If one applies, we will disclose it clearly alongside the affected content. A relationship does not purchase a favorable conclusion, and research-led analysis will not be presented as hands-on testing.
Sponsorship inquiries
Email the publisher with the proposed product, placement and relationship. We will update this page and the affected content before a commercial arrangement becomes active.
